Litigation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all litigation and legal recovery matters of the company.
• Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with external advocates and represent the company before courts and tribunals, wherever required.
• Manage debt recovery cases and settlement negotiations.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely closure of legal matters.
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.

Preferred Profile:

• Qualified lawyer with experience in litigation and recovery.
• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and recovery laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
