Roles and Responsibilities

• Arbitration and General Litigation.
• Drafting of all kinds of Pleadings
• Coordinating with local counsel on a pan India Basis.
• Research on Case Laws and Case studies.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lawyers to join our dynamic legal team, based out of Gurugram. Candidates from Gurugram or willing to relocate to Gurugram will only be considered.

The ideal candidate(s) needs to have strong experience in handling Arbitration and other Litigation matters. The candidate will be responsible for drafting and providing research and expert legal advice.

The Candidates should have excellent Internet and communication skills. Ability to write and speak good and correct English is essential. Knowledge of the internet, Word and Excel is a must. The candidates should have excellent skills to do legal research and draft legal petitions and pleadings. The Candidates should be team players and have the ability to support the firm in all its work.

Candidates willing to join immediately would be preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and knowledge.

Selected Candidates would have a three months probation.

• Litigation: Extensive experience, proven track record and a deep understanding of Litigation.
• Drafting: Drafting of all kinds of Litigation.
• Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze case law.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting pleadings and effective courtroom representation.
• Client Management: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and manage relationships professionally.
• Negotiation & Dispute Resolution: Ability to handle negotiations and settlements to resolve disputes effectively.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in legal drafting and reviewing documents.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.

The minimum qualification required is LLB.
