Linux Administrator - Ansible

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers

2. Ansible Automation

3. Work on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to manage Linux instances using Ansible integrate monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus.

4. Maintain and enhance infrastructure automation practices.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in Linux administration and automation with Ansible
• Strong experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Solid understanding of shell scripting, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of cloud platforms and managing Linux instances in the cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Linux (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE).
• Knowledge of other automation tools like Puppet or Chef.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in securing Linux systems (SELinux, IPTables).
