JOB DESCRIPTION : -

(Life science graduate with excellent English communication fresher & experience)
Collaborate with insurance companies and internal teams to facilitate the prior authorization process on behalf of healthcare providers
Obtain prior authorization from insurance companies before medical procedures or services are performed on patients, by
Communicate with physicians to gather and accurately document patient information and treatment details
Review and verify medical insurance claims to ensure that they meet the coverage criteria
Address inquiries from insurance companies, and ensure timely approval to facilitate effective patient care
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Fluent verbal communication for outbound calling
With or without BPO experience.
Has good to excellent English communication skills.
Has willingness to work on a permanent night shift schedules

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a Graduate of the following Medical Allied Courses below:
BS Biology
BS Medical Laboratory
BS Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science
BS Nursing
BS Occupational Therapy
BS Pharmacy
BS Physical Therapy
BS Medicine
BS Radiologic Technology
BS Respiratory Therapy
Doctor of Medicine
