About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Professional to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and modern cloud-based application development. In addition to technical excellence, the candidate should demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, driving engineering best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Technical Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/8, and ASP.NET Core.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices following modern architectural principles.
- Build secure, high-performance, and maintainable applications with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design.
- Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and relational databases to design and optimize data models.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Leadership & Management Responsibilities :
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and release planning.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business solutions.
- Be the point of contact for different Stakeholders.
- Drive technical discussions and influence architecture and technology decisions.
- Take ownership of project delivery and ensure timely execution with high quality.
- Support technical hiring by participating in candidate interviews and evaluations.

- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Candidates should demonstrate a balance of strong hands-on development expertise along with technical leadership, mentoring, and ownership of end-to-end solution delivery.
