Legal Specialist - Arbitration

• We are looking for a Legal Specialist with expertise in Arbitration to help shape the next generation of our AI-powered tools
• In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of arbitrators, lawyers, engineers, and designers to develop solutions that address critical challenges in arbitration practice

• This is a full-time role with compensation commensurate with the candidates experience

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design AI solutions informed by your arbitration expertise.
• Engage with arbitrators, lawyers, and legal institutions to gather feedback, co-design solutions, and iterate on features.
• Translate complex arbitration workflows into structured processes suitable for technology implementation.
• Lead partnerships within the arbitration community to drive adoption of AI tools.

• LLB required; LLM preferred (focus on arbitration law is a plus).
• 35 years of professional experience in arbitration, either in litigation practice or at a law firm.
• Strong understanding of both procedural and substantive aspects of arbitration law.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge legal and technical domains.
• Familiarity with AI, technology, and digital transformation in legal systems is a plus.
