About the Role

We are seeking a Legal Researcher to support legal and compliance teams through in-depth research, documentation, and analysis of laws, regulations, and case precedents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, rules, regulations, and case laws.
• Prepare legal notes, summaries, opinions, and research reports.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and compliance notes.
• Track legal and regulatory updates relevant to the organization.
• Support due diligence, audits, and internal legal reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal advisors as required.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of corporate laws and legal research methodologies.
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple research tasks.
• Good communication skills and professional discretion.
