Role & responsibilities
- Handling legal cases for group of companies.
- Drafting and Vetting of Contracts, Agreements, Notices, Petitions etc.
- Provide timely and practical legal advice to management and business teams on legal, regulatory, and contractual matters.
- Interpret laws, regulations, policies, and contractual provisions affecting company operations.
- Manage litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution matters.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and law firms.
Prepare legal briefs, responses, affidavits, notices, and related documentation.
- Monitor ongoing cases and provide updates to management.
- Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks and reduce litigation exposure.
Preferred candidate profile
- Exposure in working with Engineering & Manufacturing companies
- Fluent English communication
- Proficiency in MS Office Skills
- Exposure in Arbitration
