Key Responsibilities  - 

• Handling litigations efficiently and effectively and ensure timely filing of pleadings
• Ensure efficient review, drafting and closure of legal documentation/agreement.
• Providing assistance in drafting, reviewing and vetting of operational agreements pertaining to the business.
• Provide legal advisory on compliance issues and other queries raised by the Units/Hospitals
• Handling and providing advice on legal notices, Show Cause Notices and other notices from various statutory authorities
• Facilitate early resolution and settlement of legal cases.
• Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
• Maintaining monthly MIS of litigations and share updates of court hearings to the supervisor.
• Legal Advisory on queries raised and on grey areas requiring interpretation.
