Should have experience in:
Litigation Consumer; IPR; Property; Recovery etc. . ,
External Lawyers Co-ordination with external counsels
Case Management Management Reporting; Feedback from concerned business teams etc. ,
2. Contract Management - Drafting; Reviewing and Negotiating Contracts
3. Should be well versed with Customs related laws and DRI related investigation
4. Should be well versed in laws and regulations and should be able to tender opinion/advice on day to day basis, related to manufacturing and Sales related issues
5. Should be self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
6. Should be able to speak English and local language fluently.
7. Should be hard working and willing to travel on short notice.
8. Should be ready and willing to relocate to any part in India.
