Job Description
- Manage and monitor all litigation matters involving the organization.
- Coordinate with external advocates, law firms, and legal consultants regarding ongoing cases.
- Prepare, review, and maintain pleadings, affidavits, replies, legal notices, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Draft and respond to legal notices, demand notices, and statutory communications.
- Track court dates, hearings, case status, and ensure timely filing of documents.
