Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts related to software development projects (MSA) and services agreements (SOW).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for contractual issues.
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and risk management best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in contract drafting, review, or negotiation in the IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of agreements such as Master Service Agreements (MSA), Services Order Work Orders (SOW), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), etc.
- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
