Role & responsibilities
- Lead legal due diligence, vetting, and documentation for land acquisition, contracts, agreements, and other real estate transactions.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including RERA, BMC, BDA, and other applicable real estate laws.
- Manage litigation and legal disputes, coordinate with external advocates, and represent the organization before courts and regulatory authorities.
- Drive land acquisition legal processes, including title verification, risk assessment, stakeholder negotiations, and compliance.
- Liaise with government authorities and oversee RERA registrations, approvals, and other regulatory matters.
- Provide strategic legal guidance to business and cross-functional teams, ensuring legal risk mitigation and compliance across operations.
