Job Description
1. Conduct title due diligence and assess legal risks in land acquisition and property transactions
2.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as Sale Deeds, Agreements of Sale, JDAs, Lease Agreements, MOUs, POAs, and related contracts10 to20 years of relevant experience in real estate legal work.knowledge of Karnataka property laws, RERA, land revenue laws, stamp duty, and registration processes.Proficiency in Kannada is mandatoryPF and Medical insurance
