Legal Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage litigation cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
• Provide legal advice on corporate law matters, including contract drafting and review.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the NBFC sector.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within an NBFC or financial services organization.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, litigation management, and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions.
