Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide legal counsel to the company on all aspects of oil & gas, renewable energy, and power projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to project development, operation, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the Middle East region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and provide strategic guidance on risk management.
Job Requirements :
- Experience as a Legal Counsel in the oil & gas or renewable energy sector.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiations for EPC contracts (Engineering Procurement Construction).
- In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations governing oil & gas operations in the Middle East region.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
