Job Description
Reporting to Head Legal. Degree in Law with minimum 5 years experience in the Engineering Industry. Responsible for handling domestic and international IPR applications/renewals; activities related to trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design registrations/renewals; maintaining files and updating the list of intellectual property and other matters; routine filing; attending court cases as instructed and providing briefings; processing invoices as per the company’s procedures; coordinating with attorneys and internal stakeholders; preparing MIS reports and keeping them updated, etc. Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel is must. Good oral and written English communication skills essential. Permanent vacancy with minimum expected association of five years. Role & responsibilities
