About The Role
We are looking for a Legal & Admin Intern who has a basic understanding of corporate compliance, contract management, and general office operations. The intern will support the Legal & Admin team in day-to-day statutory compliance tracking, documentation, vendor coordination, and basic administrative facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and systematically organizing contracts, NDAs, AMCs, and legal documentation records.
  • Track statutory compliance timelines and ensure all documentation is updated for timely submissions.
  • Support coordination and regular follow-ups with external statutory and legal consultants.
  • Maintain pristine compliance trackers, administrative records, and operational logs.
  • Support facility maintenance tracking and coordinate with vendors for quick issue resolution.
  • Assist in infrastructure maintenance monitoring, procurement coordination, and purchase/inventory tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to organize company meetings, approvals, and internal events.
  • Support the Admin team with Excel-based reports, data entry, and record management.
  • Perform any other legal or admin-related tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements
  • Educational background preferably in Law or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of corporate legal documentation (NDAs, contracts, agreements) is required.
  • Basic understanding of statutory compliance and timelines is required.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking records.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for vendor and consultant management.
  • Willingness to learn and support routine on-site operations.
