Legal Consultation: Providing legal advice and opinions on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, regulations, litigation, and compliance
Research and Analysis: Conducting legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations, and analyzing the impact on clients
Contract Review: Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the interests of clients
Litigation Support: Assisting in dispute resolution, representing clients in legal proceedings, or coordinating with external counsel in litigation cases
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensuring that clients adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Risk Assessment: Identifying and evaluating legal risks and proposing strategies to mitigate them
Legal Document Management: Overseeing the organization and maintenance of legal documents and records
Client Representation: Advocating on behalf of clients in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings, when necessary
