What are we looking for Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline - prefer degree in Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience.
Work Experience:
Prefer content writing or practical industry experience.
Minimum 1-2 yrs. working experience preferably in the learning industry.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
Required
o Strong content writing skills
o Good communication skills (verbal and written)
o Attention to detail to ensure quality
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint)
Preferred
Exposure to at least one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)
Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate suite, Claroflow etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools.
Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.
Develop virtual trainings using authoring tools such as Articulate, Claroflow etc.
Review your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the detailed design prior to sending to supervisor for review.
Collaborate with peers and other teams such as Graphics team, Tech teams. via professional communication channels to build relationships.
Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, raise content discrepancy issues to supervisor as needed.
Report status to Instructional Design Leads daily
Receive and action feedback related to deliverables and own performance.
