Learning and Development Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance in the insurance industry.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, and develop customized training solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials, such as e-learning modules, manuals, and guides.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, metrics tracking, and assessment methods.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Learning and Development principles, practices, and best practices.
• Proficiency in conducting TNA processes using tools like TNI (Training Needs Identification).
• Experience working with various types of adult learners across different levels within an organization.
