We're hiring a Senior Learning & Development Specialist who can drive learning initiatives, develop future leaders, and build a culture of continuous growth.
What we're looking for:
6–10 years of L&D experience in the BPO/BPM industry (Mandatory).
Expertise in Leadership Development & Behavioral Training.
Hands-on experience with LMS administration and digital learning platforms.
Strong instructional design and content development skills.
Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), learning analytics, and stakeholder management.
Location: Mohali (Work from Office)
