Learning And Development Specialist

Are you passionate about enabling people to learn and grow? We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to facilitate engaging learning experiences and help employees build critical job skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Conduct role plays, simulations, and skill practice sessions.
• Apply adult learning principles to maximize learner engagement and retention.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to learners.
• Partner with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and business leaders to ensure training effectiveness.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve facilitation approaches.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
• Use virtual training platforms and AI-enabled learning tools where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, Training, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.
• Hands-on experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, or other virtual learning platforms.
• Ability to manage learner engagement in both classroom and virtual environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience supporting call center, customer service, or operational teams.
• Exposure to financial services or compliance training is an advantage.
• ATD, CPTM, or similar training certifications are preferred.
• FINRA certifications (SIE/Series 7) are an added advantage.
