Learning And Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Learning & Development (L&D) and Organization Development (OD) initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Identify training needs (TNI) through behavioral, technical, and functional competency assessments.
• Develop and implement the annual Learning Calendar based on Training Need Identification (TNI).
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and ensure knowledge transfer at the workplace.
• Drive Leadership Development and Technical Competency Programs to build organizational capability.
• Support Succession Planning for critical leadership positions and identify successors for key roles.
• Develop and nurture High-Potential (HiPo) and Top Emerging Talent (TET) through focused development interventions.
• Support future leadership development through structured talent management initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, analytics, and management reports for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate with business leaders, HR teams, and corporate HR for PDM reviews, HR strategy, and performance tracking.
• Benchmark HR systems, policies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations for SCM, GCM, BCM, and other senior management review meetings while tracking action items.
• Lead and support strategic HR initiatives across departmental, business, and corporate levels.
• Drive culture-building, employee engagement, values, ethics, and Employer of Choice initiatives.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and ensure closure of action plans to improve engagement and workplace culture.
• Ensure timely execution of the Performance Management Process (PMP) and appraisal cycles.
• Review Balanced Scorecards (BSCs), provide recommendations, obtain sign-offs, and support performance evaluations.
