• Unified Enablement: Serve as the single point of accountability for technology, data, cyber, care center, and operations functions within the division.
• Platform & Automation Strategy: Promote platform reuse, agentic automation, and enterprise-wide consistency across architecture, infrastructure, AI, and cyber capabilities.
• AI Leadership: Advocate for and lead the adoption of artificial intelligence to enhance teammate productivity and client engagement.
• Risk & Security Oversight: Ensure integration of security detection capabilities under a unified security model. Maintain compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
