Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the User Experience design process from conception to implementation.
Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather user insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and project requirements.
Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Map out the customer journey and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on leading experience design projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing work in user research, wireframing, prototyping, etc.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Familiarity with user testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
