• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (Engineering/Design background required)
• 8+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user-centered methodologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc).
• Demonstrated success collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders in agile environments.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and building design teams.

Good to Have

• Background in SaaS or product companies (education or healthcare domain preferred).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to bridge design with development.
• Experience scaling and maintaining design systems.
