Lead - Training

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Design and deliver coaching and mentoring programs to support career development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
