Team Lead

Job specs:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers or developers.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions
• Design, implement and maintain Java-based solutions that ensures high-volume and low-latency
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle. Analyse user requirements to define business objectives
• Ensure application designs conform with business goals
• Identify and resolve any technical issues arising
• Engage with the architect and technology team to align with technical strata
• Research and evaluate technical solutions to meet business need
• provide technical leadership and mentorship within the dev team
• Kafka is a must

Skillset:

• Java (Core), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA)
• RESTful API design and development, Hibernate or other ORM frameworks
• React.js (including hooks, functional components, state management) and JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Integration of frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring) and version control (Git)
• SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Debugging and troubleshooting across the stack
• Experienced in microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
