Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled .Net + Blazor Sr. Developer to join our team in building modern, responsive web applications using Blazor WebAssembly or Blazor Server. This role involves working with C# and .NET technologies to create interactive UIs, integrate backend services, and deliver high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Blazor applications and reusable components.
• Implement UI components using Razor syntax and component-based architecture.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure reliability and functionality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments like Azure.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed features and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in .NET development; 3+ years in Blazor.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Razor Pages.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript interoperability.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with WebAssembly and Blazor Server.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SignalR for real-time web features.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and TDD.
• Experience in mobile development using Blazor Bindings.
