Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working at the forefront of a rapidly evolving technology landscape, you'll design, develop and deliver core agentic AI services and platform capabilities that support a wide range of business use cases. You'll collaborate closely with product teams, architects and engineers across the organisation to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to enterprise standards. • Designing and evolving platform and systems architecture for AI-driven services.

Essential Skills Experience

• AI Agentic Systems: Experience designing and delivering AI-powered solutions, including agentic workflows, tool integration, and multi-agent architectures.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability approaches.
• Knowledge of deploying AI solutions in cloud-native environments.
• Engineering Platform: Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD and modern software engineering practices.
• Knowledge of containerisation, orchestration, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with security, authentication, and authorisation patterns.
