Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex software applications using Mid Server technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code by implementing coding standards, testing frameworks, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership to junior engineers on best practices for designing scalable architectures.
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Mid Server technologies such as ITOM/ServiceNow Discovery.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
