Lead/ Senior Low-Latency Java Developer _ Exp: 5+ Years

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and multithreaded programming.
• Deep understanding of low-level system programming, including memory management and CPU architecture.
• Experience with network programming (TCP/UDP, multicast) and Linux kernel internals.
• Familiarity with exchange protocols (FIX, OUCH, ITCH).
• Proven track record of building high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Strong debugging and profiling skills using tools like perf, gdb, valgrind, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial markets, especially in market access or HFT environments.
• Exposure to real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
