About this Role
We are seeking an experienced, driven and motivated Senior and Lead Data Analysts to design and deliver robust data environment for our clients and internal applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL and Data Modeling on Cloud to support business intelligence and analytics with large data ecosystems.


Requirements Position: Senior/Lead DataAnalyst (2 Pos)
Experience :
  • 6 to 13 + Years of hands-on experience in Information Technology
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience designing and executing data solutions inBusiness Intelligence.
    Location: Bengaluru/Remote, India

    Whatskills do we expect from you on Power BI
    • Extensive hands-on Power BI visual dashboards, applications, KPI (keyperformance indicators) scorecards, DAX functions.
    • Experience with performance tuning Power BI datasets and reports withDirect and Import mode, Aggregations, Filter Contexts, Partitioning, Row LevelSecurity etc.
    • Experience managing and optimizing Power BI Capacities, using AdvancedRestful APIs
      Whatskills do we expect from you in Data and Analytics
      • Experience on cloud data ecosystems AWS (Amazon Web Services) Redshift, AzureSynapse, Snowflake or Data Bricks
      • Experience writing and tuning performance on complex SQL queries.
      • Experience with Star/Snowflake data models
      • Experience providing solutions on Retail or Finance data domains.
      • Ability to articulate, create, and maintain technical and non-technicaldocumentation.
        In this Role, You Will
        • Design and build data applications on public cloud environments (AWS,Azure, GCP) and/or hybrid cloud using a well architected framework.
        • Leveraging expertise in data analysis, visualization, and businessintelligence to provide valuable insights and support data-drivendecision-making within the organization.
        • Lead a team of data analysts to execute the data strategy and maintainthe ecosystem.
        • Regular evaluation of changes in the data industry and adopt the bestpractices in terms of technology, governance, security, and compliance.
        • Optimize cloud data infrastructure costs.
        • Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
        • Develop Power BI visual dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reportsutilizing Microsoft technology stack.
        • Leverage modern Power BI to extract and manipulate data from a varietyof diverse sources.
        • Write complex DAX functions in Power BI and Power Pivot.
        • Present alternative ways for internal customers to visualize and consumedata.
        • Understand business questions/pain points and alleviate with supportingdata.
        • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governancepolicies. Conduct data quality checks and implement measures to maintain dataintegrity.
        • Research advanced analytic/visualization capabilities to improvecustomer understanding of data insights.
        • Collaborate cross-functionally at various levels and diplomaticallyinfluence stakeholders.
        • Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-makingskills.
        • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity,change in business requirements, and self-prioritize under pressure.
        • Debug data issues and deliver quality results under tight timelines.

          Preferences
          • Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, informationtechnology, or relevant field.
          • Experience in Azure Data Factory or other ETL (Extraction,Transformation, Loading) tools solutions and development
          • Experience working in an agile setting.
