Lead Recruiter Non-IT Lateral Hiring Work From Home

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to manage lateral hiring across Non-IT functions such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, FMCG, and other business functions.

You will lead a team of freelance recruiters, drive delivery, ensure quality candidate submissions, coordinate interviews, and achieve successful closures for multiple client mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of freelance recruiters.
• Drive delivery for lateral Non-IT hiring mandates.
• Allocate positions and monitor recruiter performance.
• Source and screen quality candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure client SLAs are achieved.
• Coach and mentor recruiters for better delivery.
