Job Title: Lead Python Django Developer

Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Django Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, Django, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud services, and will play a key role in designing, developing, and architecting enterprise-grade solutions. Experience with GraphQL will be considered a strong added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Python and Django
Architect and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
Build scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions on AWS
Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices
Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD processes, and agile methodologies
Troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver long-term solutions

Mandatory Skills Qualifications

10+ years of overall experience in backend development
Strong expertise in Python and Django Framework
Extensive experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as:
- EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda
- API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM
Strong knowledge of Relational Databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM concepts
Solid understanding of Linux, version control (Git), and modern development workflows
Experience with application security, performance tuning, and scalability

Added Advantage (Good to Have)

Experience in GraphQL (schema design, resolvers, integrations)
Exposure to microservices architecture
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Knowledge of frontend integration (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus
