Experience: 10 + years
Working arrangement: 5 days from office in 1-10pm shift
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Python & React to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale platform applications. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with technical leadership, architecture experience, and the ability to mentor teams while partnering with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Python , React, AWS, serverless technologies.
- Build and optimize APIs, backend services, and data processing solutions.
- Guide technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Drive application performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Experience

- Exposure to financial services or enterprise software environments preferred.
