Roles and Responsibilities
1. Work as a Program Manager for 4W Body Parts
2. Work in a team to develop new projects & handover the same to plants after SOP & monitoring for 3 months.
3. Act as a window person between Varroc & customers for smooth implementation of new programs.
4. Prepare program dashboard & periodic review
5. APQP Tracking
6. Project cost tracking
