Lead Product Designer

The Role

As our Product Designer (Growth), you ll be the creative growth hacker behind our user journeys crafting delightful experiences that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue

You ll mix design thinking with data wizardry to craft experiments that boost conversions, optimize funnels, and supercharge engagement.

What You ll Do

Drive growth design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention & monetization
Design and optimize conversion funnels from first click to lifelong connection
Lead A/B tests and experiments that move key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention)
Own critical growth touchpoints sign-up flows, profile completion, subscriptions, referrals
Translate user insights & data into impactful design solutions
Build scalable design systems that support rapid growth experiments
Collaborate with Growth PMs, Data Analysts & Engineers to uncover opportunities
Continuously test, iterate, and refine experiences post-launch
Champion a growth design culture spread the love for experimentation & impact-driven design

What We re Looking For

Bachelor s/Master s from IIT, BITS, NID, or equivalent
3 4 years of full-stack product design experience with proven growth wins
Strong portfolio showcasing conversion-boosting designs
Experience with A/B testing & data-driven design
Proficiency in Figma, prototyping & analytics tools
Understanding of subscription models & pricing psychology
Experience designing for web + mobile at scale
Analytical mindset you see numbers, and think design

Bonus Points For

Experience with subscription or marketplace products
Background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Familiarity with international markets & localization
Knowledge of AI-powered personalization & recommendations
