Lead ML Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ML, Deep Learning, MLOps, and Generative AI, along with experience leading technical teams and delivering AI-driven solutions in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build scalable ML pipelines and production-ready AI applications.
• Develop and deploy LLM, RAG, and AI agent-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor ML engineers and promote best engineering and MLOps practices.
• Monitor model performance, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and LLMs/Generative AI.
• Expertise in RAG, Prompt Engineering, LangChain/LangGraph, and AI agents.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data pipelines, and model deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
