Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ADAS RADAR / Camera / LiDAR Technical Lead to lead the development of radar perception algorithms for next-generation ADAS and autonomous driving systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead RADAR/LiDAR signal processing and perception algorithm development.
- Work on Range-Doppler-Angle processing, CFAR, clustering, object detection and tracking.
- Own the end-to-end radar perception pipeline from Raw ADC Detection Tracking Object List.
- Drive radar architecture, technical roadmap, and algorithm optimization for real-time automotive applications.
- Support deployment on DSP/SoC/MCU embedded platforms.
- Mentor engineers and work closely with hardware, software, system and validation teams.
- Develop algorithms using C++.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in RADAR/LiDAR/Camera signal processing.
- Knowledge of FFT, filtering, Doppler, AoA, MUSIC and beamforming.
- Experience in object and multi-target tracking.
- Embedded C++ is mandatory.
- Experience with L2/L2+ ADAS and sensor fusion.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
