Lead I - DevOps Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps SRE Engineer to join our team. As a Senior DevOps SRE Engineer, you will be responsible for automating and streamlining our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our systems.

Responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience as an SRE Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar software engineering role.
• Strong technical skills in Cloud Infrastructure, especially AWS, CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and Kubernetes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for proposed designs, architecture reviews, and implementations.
• Hands-on experience in production monitoring, incident management, emergency response, and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to automation of manual work and continuous improvement of existing tooling and operational workflows.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Track record of debugging and problem-solving in applications running on microservice architecture.
• Good communication skills for working effectively within the team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work directly with development teams to integrate, deploy, and build reliable solutions.
• Write infrastructure-related code when needed using Python, Linux Shell scripting, or Groovy.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
• Participation in an on-call rotation with the team.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools and automation to improve operational efficiency, incident response, troubleshooting, documentation, and engineering productivity.
• Familiarity with applying AI/ML or GenAI capabilities in DevOps/SRE workflows, such as log analysis, anomaly detection, noise reduction, automated RCA assistance, knowledge base generation, and intelligent runbook automation.
