Role & responsibilities :

1.Employee Engagement

• Prepare Associate Engagement budget
• Preparation of yearly Engagement calendar and execution of calendar as per plan
• Execution of Associate Engagement Survey
• Cascading of Engagement Survey Outcome & prepare the subsequent action plan in collaboration with respective functional/departmental heads
• Maintain connect with associates through role specific critical touchpoints.
• Ensure implementation of HR and PULSE Connect Sessions as per plan

2. Rewards and Recognition

• Driving R&R Systems as per ACG R&R framework.

3. Industrial Relations

1. Taking disciplinary action like warning/show cause letter, domestic enquiry on the associates who violates the certified standing orders of the organization.
2. Timely scheduling and conducting meetings of Management and Union Committee representatives and maintaining the minutes of the meeting.

4. Statutory Compliances

1. Timely submission of Statuary Compliance returns.

Internal process

d) Effective maintenance of scorecards & trackers - Maintain various trackers on weekly / monthly basis. as per Corporate/Central requirements

1. Facilitate and execute processes for Transfer and deputation inter unit and intra unit.
2. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines/ Environment Management System - ISO14001-2015 / Occupational Health and Safety - ISO45001-2018, c-GMP, regulatory & statutory compliances, TPM and other applicable norms.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting manager and HR.
