About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Transformation professional who has worked across multiple HR functions and has successfully led HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR transformation projects to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
- Drive process redesign, automation, and standardization across HR functions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, COEs, and business leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end HR processes, including:
1. Talent Acquisition
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
3. Performance Management
4. Learning & Development
5. Talent Management
6. Compensation & Benefits
7. HR Operations
8. Employee Engagement
- Lead change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new HR processes and systems.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and process documentation.
- Utilize HR analytics and dashboards to drive data-based decision-making.
- Work closely with HRIS teams to implement or enhance HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Darwinbox.
