Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on the current and emerging trends of helicopter usage within the global power industry.
Evaluate the effectiveness, cost-efficiency, and safety implications of aerial operations for power transmission assets.
Stay abreast of technological advancements in helicopter capabilities, sensors, and data acquisition relevant to the sector.
Helicopter Fleet Exploration and Selection:
Explore and assess the suitability of various helicopter models and configurations available in the market for specific power transmission work (e.g., Material logistics,Tower erection, inspection, LiDAR scanning, emergency response).

Liaise with helicopter manufacturers, operators, and maintenance providers to understand capabilities and service offerings.

Identify potential efficiency gains, safety improvements, and operational advantages offered by aerial solutions.
Present compelling proposals to senior management for investment and resource allocation.
End-to-End Project Planning and Execution:
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all helicopter-related projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
Develop detailed operational procedures, emergency response plans, and safety protocols for aerial activities.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, operations, safety) and external stakeholders (e.g., air traffic control, regulatory bodies) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage budgets, resources, and personnel for all helicopter operations.
Pipeline Identification and Contract Conversion:
Identify potential opportunities and applications for helicopter services across the transmission developers/contractors across India.
Develop strategies to convert identified pipelines into formal contracts and operational agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions with external helicopter service providers, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and vendors.
