Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Golang Developer to design, develop, and lead high-performance backend systems
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Golang, microservices architecture, and team leadership
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems using Golang Architect and implement microservices and RESTful APIs Guide and mentor development teams Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Product) Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Required Skills Strong experience in Golang (Go) Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems Hands-on with REST APIs, gRPC services Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of system design and performance optimization Leadership and team management skills Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Exposure to event-driven architecture Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
