Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other prospecting tools.
• Execute outbound campaigns through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls.
• Generate and qualify leads based on target customer profiles.
• Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
• Track outreach performance, lead conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
• Build a strong pipeline of domestic and international prospects.

Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development in an IT services company.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar tools.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of IT services, SaaS, software development, cloud solutions, or digital transformation services.
