We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to find potential prospects, conduct initial outreach, and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline for our sales team.

Job Details

• Salary: 25,000 to 28,000 CTC per month
• Schedule: 6-day work week
• Shifts: Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and research potential business clients and decision-makers.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads based on their budget, needs, and interest.
• Book meetings and discovery calls for the sales team.
• Keep the CRM database updated with accurate lead details.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate degree is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional work experience in sales.
• Skills: Good communication skills and a confident phone presence.
