Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Website Design & Maintenance
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website using WordPress or HTML/CSS platforms.
- Ensure website responsiveness, speed, SEO compatibility, and UI/UX effectiveness.
- Regularly update product catalogues, service pages, banners, and blogs.
Digital Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.).
- Handle social media management across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Create content calendars, schedule posts, and analyze engagement metrics.
Lead Generation & Analytics:
- Optimize landing pages and digital ads for B2B lead generation.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights.
- Generate periodic marketing performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.
Graphic Design Support:
- Design brochures, flyers, infographics, and social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator tools.
- Coordination & Innovation: Work closely with sales and product teams to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
