- Required Skills:
- Strong functional testing experience
- Experience in System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT
- Ability to manage multiple projects/applications simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Proven team handling and leadership experience
- Strong process-oriented mindset with focus on quality and governance
- Preferred:
- Experience working in Agile / project delivery environments
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools ALM
- Exposure to working with business users and external vendors
